New Year’s Resolution #1
I always like to take my time coming up with New Year’s Resolutions, so as always I’ll be posting them as I decide on them. I’m sure I’ll have plenty of more serious ones than this, but I’ve been thinking about my lack of commitment when it comes to updating my blog, and I’m disappointed in myself. Two months ago, I resolved to overhaul the layout of my blog, and again about mid way through I never really finished.
There are so many things I have been meaning to do, like change the pagination / navigation, create some sort of archive system, update the social icons, figure out why my image map doesn’t work… the list goes on and on.
Anyway, my first New Year’s Resolution for 2010 is to to keep my blog updated, and make regular improvements to things other than just posts. I’d say regular posts every few days, and maintenance at least every two weeks. This will include adding some more advanced applications in WordPress.
Another one of my goals, is to finish development on a few WordPress plugins I have been working on.
Not the most glamorous New Year’s Resolution.. I know. But something I would like to accomplish nonetheless.
